2. Wash the pork belly and put it into the pot , pour a little cooking wine, add cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves, cook until about 80 to 90% cooked, remove and cut into thin slices
3. Wash the red pepper and vegetarian chicken and cut into diagonal slices
4. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections, and separate the garlic stems and leaves
5. Fry the vegetarian chicken in the oil pan until both sides are slightly brown, remove and set aside
6. Leave the bottom oil in the pan. Add chili pepper and garlic stalks and stir-fry until fragrant
7. Add pork belly and vegetarian chicken and stir-fry for a while, sprinkle with salt and stir-fry evenly
8. Pour in light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
9. Add garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly
10. Pour in cooking wine
11. Pour in a little dried chili and stir-fry evenly
