10 loaches, 10 slices of ginger, 50ml of yellow wine.
Practice
1. Wash the loaches and put them into a casserole dish, add yellow wine to intoxicate the loaches and set aside.
2. Add ginger slices and appropriate amount of water to simmer.
3. When the pot boils, remove the foam and continue to simmer.
4. When the loach is cooked, add the appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and mix well.
