Cumin potatoes

Ingredients: potatoes; Cumin powder; Coriander; Ginger; Salt; Chili powder; Black pepper;

Cumin potatoes's approach:

Wash potatoes, peel them and cut them into appropriate sizes. Chop coriander and ginger.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot (the amount of water should not exceed 1cm of potatoes) and add a little salt. After the fire boils, continue to cook until the potatoes are cooked and soft, remove and drain for later use.

Braised potatoes
