Prepare the cowpeas and fold them into pieces~
After preparing the ingredients, it's time to start making them ~ first, heat the oil~
After it's hot, you start to stir-fry the cowpeas~
After stir-frying them for 3 minutes or so, you start to add the ginger and garlic~
Then, after stir-frying them for 1 minute or so, you add the red soybean paste
Then add a pinch of salt~
Add soy sauce~add water for poaching
Cook for about 3 minutes and the cowpeas will be cooked through~
