The practice of osmanthus wine
1. The picked osmanthus must be clean and free of sediment. Dry in the shade in a cool and ventilated place for a day.
2. Take a clean and sealed jar or bottle, sterilize it at high temperature, dry the water, pour one third of the white wine (sorghum wine), and pour the dried osmanthus into the jar;
3. After mixing and stirring, according to the container, pour sorghum wine again until it is 8 minutes full, and add rock sugar. The weight of sugar increases according to their respective tastes. Usually, the ratio of osmanthus fragrans to rock sugar is1:1;
4. Finally, put a proper amount of medlar, seal the jar mouth and put it in a dark and ventilated place. It usually takes three months. If it can be stored for more than one year, it is good wine.
