Hernia, that is, a part of human tissues or organs leaves the original site and enters another site through gaps, defects or weak parts of the human body. Commonly known as "intestinal gas", there are umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, oblique hernia, incision hernia, recurrent hernia, white hernia, femoral hernia and so on. Hernia is mostly caused by cough, sneezing, overexertion, abdominal obesity, forced defecation, pregnancy of women, excessive crying of children, and degeneration of abdominal wall strength in the elderly.
Suggestions: I suggest you:
1, avoid lifting heavy objects;
2. Try to smoke less or not to smoke. The smoker's cough may accelerate the development or deterioration of hernia. Giving up smoking can improve blood and accelerate the recovery of hernia.
3. Eat less foods (especially cooked eggs, sweet potatoes, peanuts, beans, beer, carbonated sparkling drinks, etc.) that are easy to cause constipation and flatulence in the abdomen, and eat more high-fiber diets, including whole grains, cereals, bran, and unprocessed fruits and vegetables;
4. Drinking at least eight glasses of water a day can help relieve constipation;
5. Avoid and reduce sneezing; Deep breathing can help relieve chronic cough.
