Composition:
Chicken wings, chestnuts, beer, ginger and garlic.
Steps:
1. Wash chicken wings and cut them in half. Peel chestnuts.
2. Put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic, stir-fry with Jiang Mo, and pour in chicken.
3. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce+1 tbsp soy sauce+1 tbsp oyster sauce+1 tbsp sugar+1 tbsp chicken essence. Add chestnut meat, continue to stew on low fire 15-20 minutes, and collect juice on high fire.
