Ingredients
2 boneless chicken thighs
Some chopped green onion and garlic
Soy sauce?2 tbsp
Rice wine?2 tbsp
Honey?3-4 tbsp
Methods
(1) Dice the chicken thighs and dry-fry them for half-cooked and then take them up.
(2) Stir fry the minced garlic in the chicken oil in the wok, then add the chicken to the wok, add soy sauce, rice wine and honey and simmer.
(3) When the chicken is fully cooked and flavorful mix in the minced green onions and finish.
