The cost is about 5-7. You can go to the local fried string training. I suggest you experience it yourself, which will be better. Go and inspect it. If it is good, you can decide for yourself.
Common fried skewers:
1. Half a cabbage and two sausages.
2. Cut the cabbage into four squares (about 2 cm) and insert bamboo sticks.
3. String cabbages without bamboo sticks on bamboo sticks, and string two cabbages with one bamboo stick.
4. Peel off the coat of the ham sausage, cut it from the middle, string bamboo sticks, and cut a mouth about 1 cm deep on the ham sausage with a knife. Don't cut it to the bottom, cut it up 2 times, 3 times on each side, and 6 times on each bamboo stick.
5. Wash the skewered cabbages, then drain the water, and cut the ham sausage for use.
6. Pour a little more oil into the oil pan. When the oil is 7% hot, put the cabbage and ham into it and fry it over medium heat.
7. Just fry the cabbage until soft.
