Cinnamon tea belongs to oolong tea rather than black tea, which is a unique tea species in Fujian Province and produced in Wuyishan Scenic Area. Wuyishan is located at the junction of Jiangxi and northwest Fujian provinces, at the southeast foot of the northern section of Wuyishan, with a total area of 999.75 square kilometers. It is a famous scenic spot and summer resort in China, which belongs to the typical Danxia landform and is one of the first national key scenic spots. Wuyishan is a famous mountain of three religions. Since the Qin and Han Dynasties, Wuyishan has been the habitat of Yuchan literati, leaving many temples, Taoist temples and the former site of Antang. Wuyishan was once a place where Confucian scholars preached Taoism and gave lectures.
