Peanut butter is one of the most popular condiments.
It is the product of peanut oil before extraction. Peanut butter is yellow-brown in color, fine in texture, delicious, has the inherent rich aroma of peanuts, and is neither moldy nor insect-infested. It is generally used as a seasoning for noodles, steamed buns, bread or salad dishes, and as a filling ingredient for sweet cookies, sweet buns and other fillings.
Preparation method: Use the best raw peanut kernels, and go through processes such as screening, roasting, air purification, and grinding to make peanut butter.
Method 1
Ingredients: 1 cup of fresh peanuts, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar.
Method: 1. Wash the peanuts and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. (To avoid the burnt smell), grind into peanut butter in a blender. 2. Beat the olive oil until the color is slightly lighter, add honey (sugar) and peanut butter and beat together
Method 2
Use a blender to beat the peanut oil until it becomes turbid and set aside. Add sugar to the crushed peanuts. Beat the flour into a fine paste. While beating, slowly add peanut oil through the feeding hole until the consistency is right. If you like to eat grainy, leave a small part of coarsely ground peanuts and add a little bit at the end and beat for a while
Method 3
Ingredients:
Peeled peanuts
Oil
Cup of white sugar
Method:
1. On medium heat, heat the pan.
2. Add oil and peanut kernels, stir-fry until most of the peanut kernels turn golden brown, and remove from the pan.
3. Let the peanuts cool.
4. Put peanuts and sugar into a mixer and blend.
Oil mainly plays a lubricating role, and there will be a lot of oil left.
If you don’t like sweetness, you can add less sugar.
To fry peanuts, use medium heat, hot pan, and cold oil. Stir-fry frequently, even more frequently after the oil is hot, for about 15 minutes.
Put the peanut kernels out of the pot and let them cool down to prevent them from becoming mushy if they continue to be heated in the pot.
When mixing peanut kernels, the crushed peanuts are clogged under the mixer or attached to the wall of the mixer. If you like peanut butter with coarsely chopped peanuts, don’t stir for too long, you can also stir. When ready, add coarsely chopped peanuts.
Storage method: Use clean containers and store in a cool, dry and clean place. The upper layer of the sauce can keep a layer of floating oil to isolate the air and inhibit the growth of microorganisms. The container should be filled with moisture to prevent the grease from spoiling due to moisture absorption.
