Methods for Steamed Cake with Red Beans
1.Beat egg white at low speed with an electric mixer until it forms coarse peaks. Then add the powdered sugar in three batches and beat at high speed until it reaches nine points
2. Add the vegetable oil and beat well
3. Sift in the low-flour powder
4. Gently toss with a rubber spatula to mix well and don't beat the egg white to avoid defoaming
