Porphyra and egg drop soup is one of my favorite soups. Frankly speaking, our family seldom drinks soup, and there are only a handful of boiled soups, such as chicken soup, fish soup, laver and egg soup, and occasionally. Compared with these three kinds, laver and egg soup is drunk too much. Sometimes in the morning, pancakes will burn this soup, and when you eat rolls, you will also drink steamed bread. Every time I cook this seaweed and egg soup, I will definitely add a little shrimp to refresh it. It really tastes fresh and delicious, and the whole family loves it.
Ingredients: laver, egg, garlic, green onion, shrimp, water, dried Chili powder, salt and cooking oil.
Production steps:
1. Put oil in a hot pan, stir-fry garlic, scallion and salt together, and add half a pot of water to boil. Add water as needed.
2. After boiling, add seaweed, dried shrimp and dried Chili powder to boil again. Dry Chili powder can also be fried with garlic.
3. quickly add the broken egg liquid to the pot, and try to add it around the boiling water in the middle.
4. Sprinkle some chopped green onion and you can cook.
There are many ways to eat laver, and there are several ways to eat it:
1. Eat directly
Good laver is tender and smooth without sand, and can be eaten directly, especially in season. If you eat it directly, it will kill the seaweed in the supermarket. Fry it in oil and it will taste better!
2. seaweed cake
The variety is the most, because the materials can be varied. Add eggs, shrimp, pumpkin, oysters ... whatever, but don't forget to add seaweed and flour, as long as you think it's delicious.
3. Porphyra crassipes
Exercise:
-Beat the eggs into a bowl, drain and chop the laver, shred the carrots and onion. Mix the chopped materials, egg liquid and salt together and stir well.
-Bring the pot to a low heat, add a little oil and stir, and pour in 1/3 laver egg liquid. When the egg liquid is slightly solidified, lift an edge with a shovel and roll it up, then push it to one side of the pot and continue to pour the egg liquid until it is completely poured out.
-The rolled thick eggs can be slightly pressed in the pot, back and forth, left and right, so that the shape can be better fixed. Finally, take out the thick eggs and cut them into pieces according to their favorite size.
4. Pork pork dumplings
