1. Bean curd washed to remove the edges, broken into sections; pork cut into pieces; pumpkin, carrots peeled and cut into pieces; cut ginger slices, scallion segments.
2. Hot pan cold oil, add onion ginger slices stir fry for a few moments, under the meat continue to stir fry until white.
3. Under the bean curd, pumpkin, carrot stir-fry a few minutes later.
4. Add water not over, cover and simmer on high heat for about 25 minutes.
5. After the basic juice, add salt and serve.
