Steps
1. 150g dried mushrooms for later use.
2. Boil the water until a lot of small bubbles are produced at the bottom and wall of the pot. If the water is a little hot, turn off the heat and set aside.
3. Pour the water into the dried mushroom pot and press the dried mushrooms with chopsticks. Let it soak in the water, cover it and soak it for 1 hour. This is this year's new mushroom.
After soaking the mushrooms, wash them one by one. Wash the mushrooms several times to remove the dirt on them. There are grass blades, leaves, sand and other impurities stuck on it. Wash it and set aside.
4. Wash the pork and set aside.

8. Add 15g sweet noodle sauce and 20ml light soy sauce.

11. Pour the meat slices into the pot and stir-fry.
12. Fry the pork until it changes color.
13 .Add the prepared sauce.
14. Stir-fry the meat evenly.
15. Add onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.
16. Pour the soaked mushrooms into the pot, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add white wine, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
17. Add warm boiling water to level with the ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes Turn off the heat.
18. Add appropriate amount of salt before stewing, stir-fry evenly, and the delicious stewed food is ready.
