Chicken breast with pickled peppers: soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon.
Steps:
1. Slice chicken breast, add a spoonful of soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
