After the expiration of the validity period, the production enterprise must re-apply for certification. Only after approval, can you continue to use the sign and change the number on the sign. If it is not renewed upon expiration, the Trademark Office shall revoke the green food mark. Green food refers to safe, high-quality edible agricultural products and related products that are produced in an excellent ecological environment, produced according to green food standards, and subject to quality control throughout the process and obtained the right to use green food signs.

2. Legal basis: Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Green Food Labeling.

The green food mark use certificate is the certificate for the applicant to legally use the green food mark, which shall contain the licensed product name, trademark name, certified unit and its information code, approved output, product number, mark use validity period, certification body and other contents. The green food mark use certificate is divided into Chinese version and English version, which have the same effect.

Article 18

The green food label certificate is valid for three years.

2. What are the requirements for applying for the green food label?

1, the origin of products or raw materials must meet the eco-environmental quality standards of green food;

2, crop planting, livestock and poultry breeding, aquaculture and food processing must comply with the operating rules of green food production;

3, the product must meet the quality and hygiene standards of green food;

4, product packaging must conform to the national general standards for food labeling, in line with the specific packaging, decoration and labeling regulations of green food.
