Do salted duck eggs need to be put in the refrigerator?
Salted duck eggs need to be put in the refrigerator. Homemade salted duck eggs can be stored for about 9 months at room temperature (if stored at room temperature in summer, the shelf life will be shorter, usually about 3 months), and if stored in refrigerator, they can be stored for 12 months. If you buy vacuum-packed salted duck eggs in the supermarket, they can generally be kept at room temperature for about three months. Please refer to the product manual for details.
