1. Prepare ingredients: pork belly (braised), green onions, vegetable oil, salt, green pepper, ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, braised soy sauce, and red pepper.
2. Cut the braised pork belly with a razor blade, cut the green and red peppers into water chestnut slices, and cut the green onions with a diagonal blade.
