Primum?Familiae?Vini,PFV?First Family Alliance of Wine

Origins of PFV:

PFV was established in 1991.

Robert Drouhin and Miguel Torres realized that they were not just facing some similar business problems, but how they were committed to continuing the values ??of excellence and traditional winemaking.

Their conversation sparked the idea of ??hosting an annual gathering of representatives from the world's top wine family businesses to share their talents and gain greater knowledge.

The next year, their plan came true.

They established an informal association based on the family-owned company, which continues to exist in a unique way in the world of wine, and perhaps in the wider business world. of. PFV regularly organizes a series of wine tastings and dinners around the world to bring consumers and wineries face to face, and the proceeds from the activities are donated to local charities.

Usually the dinner is organized by some local top global hotel chains that have cooperative relationships to ensure that their wines are well displayed.

Each dinner will start with champagne, and each course will be paired with two to three wines from PFV member estates.

The dinner will include an auction of a PFV wine collection to raise funds for a local charity. Funds are mainly focused on helping poor children, disabled people and some specialized hospitals.
