Composition:
Old bean curd, minced garlic, Jiang Mo, onion, minced onion, dried chili, bean paste, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, water starch.
Exercise:
1. Put oil in a hot pan and cool, add dried chili and pepper and stir-fry, add onion, minced garlic and Jiang Mo and continue to stir-fry.
2. Add another spoonful of bean paste, stir-fry, stir-fry red oil, and add a spoonful of soy sauce to continue frying.
3. Add the cut old tofu pieces and stir well, then add some water instead of tofu.
