Wash the plum blossom meat and cut it into shredded pork. Slice the tender ginger first and then cut it into filaments. You can also buy commercially cut filaments, which is convenient.
Heat an oil pan, fry tender shredded ginger until soft, set aside, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color.
