Cooking pig brains takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size and thickness of the brains.
1. First cut the pig brain into small pieces, add water to the pot, boil over high heat for 3-5 minutes, take it out and soak it in water for 10 minutes to remove impurities.
2. Put the pig brains into the pot again, add enough water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and continue cooking. During this period, you can skim off the foam and grease on the surface.
3. The pig brain will gradually harden and turn white in color. Cook until the entire pig brain can be easily penetrated by a fork.
4. Take out the cooked pig brain and rinse it several times with water to remove the residue and fat on the surface.
