The producing areas of Huai salt are distributed in the Embroidered Needle Estuary at the junction of Sulu and Shandong in the north and the Yangtze Estuary in the south, spanning Lianyungang, Yancheng, Huai 'an and Nantong 13 counties, covering an area of 653 square kilometers.
As early as the Helu era, the coastal areas of Jiangsu began to cook seawater as salt. It consists of Luchang Hangu saltworks, Luchang Seaview Group, Luchang Daqing saltworks and Luchang Nanbao saltworks. Among them, Luchang Hangu Salt Field has the longest history, and its predecessor was Lutai Salt Field established in Tongguang three years in the later Tang Dynasty. The salt brick fired by Lutaichang was the only royal tribute salt brick in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and became the first brand of China's time-honored brand.

Liaodong Bay Yantian: Yingkou Yantian, located in Liaodong Bay Yantian, China, is the largest Yantian in Liaoning Province, with an output of 304,000 tons and a production capacity of 800,000 tons per kloc-0/989. Products sell well in Northeast China and other domestic regions, and are exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Japan, North Korea, Canada, Netherlands and Israel. 3. Laizhou Bay saltworks: Laizhou Bay saltworks in Shandong Province, and Laizhou saltworks in Shandong Province are large national second-class enterprises. At present, there are 800 employees, mainly producing raw salt, sun-dried salt and other related salinization products. The annual output of raw salt in this company is 2 million tons. Yinshan brand large grain crude salt enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad.
