Ingredients: 1500g beans/cowpeas, 250g chili peppers (increase or decrease according to taste).
Ingredients for frying: appropriate amount of peppercorns, onion, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.
Seasoning: appropriate amount of soy sauce (about a small bottle), 2 tablespoons of sugar.
How to make green beans and pickles:?
1. Wash the beans and cut them into large pieces and set aside.
2. Wash and cut the cowpeas into sections and set aside.
3. Wash the large peppers and cut them into sections, and keep the small peppers whole for later use.
4. Sauté pepper, aniseed, onion, ginger, garlic, olive oil, cold oil over low heat until fragrant. Drain out the onion, ginger, and garlic after they change color, and reserve the oil for later use.
5. On medium heat, use fried seasoning oil to stir-fry beans (pig ears, cowpeas, alone or mixed). After frying, add sugar and soy sauce. The soy sauce will be even with the beans, as much as you like. Just cover the beans with the soup and rice. Uncover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 to 8 minutes. After cooling, put it in an oil-free and water-free bottle and refrigerate it for about half a month.
Tips:
This must be stored without water or oil, and served in separate plates.
You can use more oil for stir-frying, and add a little bit of gluten when mixing cold dishes, noodles, and cold skin. There is no need to add MSG or chicken essence at all.
