Steps
1. Melt butter in a pot.
2. Add steak and saute until golden brown on both sides.
3. In a bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine and black pepper to make a sauce.
4. Cook the black pepper sauce until it thickens.
5. Arrange the pan-fried steak and cooked pasta on the plate.
6. Drizzle with black pepper sauce.
Tips
1. Pan-fry the steak in butter for a better flavor.
2. Use the back of the knife to pat the steak loose before frying.
