The Practice of Ai Yeqing Group (Aye Aye Aye/Ai Bing)
Use Artemisia annua leaves, and the green dumplings made are not bitter. Eating too much is also fragrant. Only leaves without stems are taken, washed and drained.
Add warm water and squeeze mugwort leaves.
Mix part of mugwort residue with mugwort juice, pour into glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, and knead into dough.
Divide into 40g small dough, and I can probably make 16 pieces, add stuffing and knead them into the shape you want. I made Japanese fruit to look good. The flowers on it are made of corn starch and glutinous rice flour with water. I made two kinds of fillings, one is red bean paste and the other is sugar peanut stuffing. If making sugar peanut stuffing, it is suggested that the ratio of peanut to white sugar is 1.
Bring the pot to a boil. After the water is heated, steam on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. If the size is relatively large, adjust the time appropriately.
