1. Sweet beans

Add more rock sugar and more water
Simmer in the pressure cooker for half an hour

2. Salty beans
One pork knuckle, add beans soaked as mentioned above, rice wine, Shanghai Banquet soy sauce, and a little rock sugar.
Simmer in the pressure cooker for half an hour and it is very delicious when eaten hot.
If you add half a pound of clean pork skin, simmer for 45 minutes, remove all the bones, tear the meat into pieces, pour it into a basin, and after cooling it will be delicious tofu skin jelly.
3. White kidney beans with rock sugar
Ingredients: red dates, white kidney beans, rock sugar, and appropriate amount of osmanthus
Method:
1. For white kidney beans Soak in water for an hour, add cold water to the pot, and add rock sugar at the same time. After the water boils, turn to low heat and cook.
2. Cook until the beans can be pierced with chopsticks, add the washed red dates and continue to cook for about half an hour, until the kidney beans are soft and the fragrance of the dates overflows, then serve on a plate and let cool. Add some osmanthus before serving.
