working methods
1, cut all the materials (onion width 0.7cm, squid width 1cm).
2. Stir-fry onions over medium heat until translucent.
3. Add the chopped Pleurotus eryngii, capsicum and squid, stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the sauce (sauce: soy sauce (2), Chili sauce (1), Chili powder (0.7), ginger juice (0.3), rice wine (1) and sugar (65438).
4. Stir fry together 1 min, add the chopped onion, mix well and turn off the heat.
5. Korean spicy fried squid is ready.
