In 2004, the Ministry of Agriculture initiated the project to build the Sichuan-Shaanxi Zheluo Salmon Nature Reserve Rescue Center project to save endangered species, preserve germplasm resources, promote natural proliferation, and increase the population; at the same time, it actively carried out technical research , solve the technical difficulties of artificial breeding and cultivation, and increase the population size through artificial release and artificial cultivation.

Taking the artificial breeding of Japanese Far East Cherokee salmon as an example, this paper focuses on the catching methods, breeding habits and artificial reproduction of Sichuan and Shaanxi Cherokee salmon, especially a series of key technical issues that arise during the incubation process of fertilized eggs. , and provided precious image data, thus providing certain technical support for Qinghai Province to protect Sichuan-Shaanxi Zheluo salmon.
