2. Wash lotus seeds, mung beans, coix seed and peanuts, put them in a pot and soak them in water, then steam them with appropriate amount of water for 20 minutes, and then soak them in white sugar water.
3. Boil the grass powder with water, then pour it into a container for cooling, cut it into small pieces with a knife, and then cut the prepared fruit (mango) into pieces for later use.
4. Use an ice planer to make ice residue, put cooked lotus seeds, mung beans, coix seed and fruits on the ice residue, then add honey and pour in iced mineral water.
