Main ingredients:
Tofu (North) 500g
Seasoning:
Salt 5g, monosodium glutamate 2g, ginger 15g, fragrant leaves 5g, cinnamon 5g, clove 2g and onion 15g.
Features:
It tastes salty, sweet and fresh.
Exercise:

Cut tofu into rectangular pieces and put them in a hot oil pan;
2.
Fried tofu until golden brown, dried and taken out;
3.
When the soup pot is on fire, the southern ginger, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and clove are wrapped in a small cloth and put into the soup;
4.
Add sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate and burn for about half an hour;
5.
Add fried tofu and stew for half an hour;
6.
Sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking.

This method can also be used to make stewed goose web, stewed sheep liver and so on.

This product has a frying process, which requires about 500 grams of vegetable oil.
