This pan-fried beef is an automatic fast food. The whole process won't take more than five minutes. All the ingredients and toppings should be prepared in advance and kept on hand to minimize the heating time of the beef and lock in the moisture. This is a prerequisite for tender beef.
Preparation materials:Beef 350g, a few small red peppers, a handful of cilantro, an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, 3 portions of minced garlic, oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper in moderation.
Specific steps are as follows:
1. Cut the small pepper into circles. Wash the ginger, shredded, garlic pat, peeled, chopped.
2. Cut the parsley into segments. (Put more parsley if you like, less if you don't)
3. Wash the fresh beef without treatment and slice and shred it directly. Add garlic and ginger to the beef, add soy sauce, white pepper and cooking wine and marinate for about 10 minutes.
4. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the marinated beef.
5. Add oyster sauce, salt and seafood soy sauce and stir-fry until the beef is browned.
6. Pour in the chili peppers, stir-fry to soften first, then add the cilantro and stir-fry slightly out of the pan.
