Slow stew of old tofu (simple and delicious)?
Cut tofu into relatively large cubes and cook in cold water for about 15 minutes.
Shred ginger, slice garlic, cut dried red pepper into small pieces, and cut green pepper into small pieces (unnecessary). Take a small bowl, add soy sauce, salt and sugar, add water and stir well for later use.
Take out the tofu and let it cool for later use. Put a little oil in the pot, add garlic, ginger and pepper and stir fry. When the tofu is fragrant, put it in the pot, pour in the prepared juice and shake the pot back and forth to make the tofu color evenly.
Take a small bowl of starch (I use corn flour), which can be a little more, and then rush into the pot and shake it back and forth. Stew slowly after the water is boiled, and turn off the heat when the soup is short. Sprinkle chopped green onion when cooking.
