2. Choose mung beans with better quality. Soak mung beans in warm water until they sprout. Remove bad and rotten beans.
3. Spread a towel at the bottom of the wooden box. Pour the mung beans into the wooden box. Smooth. Cover the mung bean with another towel. Press another board on the towel and press a heavy object on it (to make the bean sprouts grow thick).
Water about twice a day. When pouring, let the water gradually penetrate and take away the heat generated during the growth of mung beans.
It takes about 4 days in summer and 7 days in winter, and mung bean sprouts develop rapidly.
