Apple, glutinous rice flour, red bean paste, white sesame, black sesame, oil.
Practice:
1 Wash the apples and cut them into small pieces with a knife. Mix black sesame seeds with white sesame seeds and pour them into a plate for later use.
2. Put the cut apple pieces into a cooking machine and squeeze them into apple juice. Filter the squeezed apple juice with a colander, pour it into a glutinous rice noodle bowl, stir well and knead it into dough.
3. Knead the dough long and cut it into small doses.
4. Take a small dose, wrap it in bean paste, seal it, round it, roll a layer of sesame seeds on a sesame plate, wrap the sesame seeds, and hold the meatball in your hand.
5. Pour the oil in the pot, fry the meatballs in cold oil, and slowly heat them with low heat. When the meatballs float up slowly, press the meatballs with a spoon or shovel. When the meatballs come up, press them down. Repeat this step until the meatballs are golden and crisp. This new apple method is ready, simple and delicious.
