Spicy lotus root cubes
Ingredients: One section of lotus root, minced garlic, spicy millet, chopped green onion, cooked sesame seeds, chili powder, cumin powder
Method:
1. Peel the lotus root, cut into small pieces, wash and set aside
2. Boil the water in the pot, add the diced lotus root, cook for 3 minutes, remove and drain, heat the oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant , add lotus root cubes + two spoons of light soy sauce + one spoon of oyster sauce + half a spoon of sugar and salt + half a spoon of cumin powder + half a spoon of chili powder, stir-fry evenly, add chili millet and sesame seeds and serve
