2. Wash the rabbit meat, cut it into small pieces, add proper amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine and pepper and mix well.
3. Marinate for a while, cut the dried Chili into small pieces, slice the garlic, shred the ginger, heat the oil in the pot, add the dried Chili, saute the shallots, ginger and garlic, and pour the rabbit meat to stir fry.
4. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove fishy smell, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry with soy sauce evenly, dry rabbit meat until cooked, and add monosodium glutamate.
