Ingredients: chicken 450g, shredded ginger 10g, garlic 5g, chopped green onion 5g, clear water 2l, salt 10g, chicken powder 0.5g, pepper 3g, rice wine 10g and sesame oil 10g.
1. Add 1 liter of water to the pot, bring to a boil with high fire, add chicken, blanch for 3 minutes and take it out.
2. Take it out and cool it with cold water.
3. Add 1 liter of water to the pot, bring to a boil, pour in chicken and salt, and simmer for 20 minutes to remove.
4. Pour 5g salt, chicken powder, pepper, rice wine and sesame oil into a bowl, then add chopped green onion, shredded ginger and garlic slices and stir well.
