Steps for Breakfast Egg Rolls
1. Mix flour with water and salt to form a batter, and let it stand for a little while. Heat a nonstick sauté pan over low heat, pour in half the batter, quickly swirl the pan until the batter spreads evenly across the bottom, and cook until set, then flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn the pan over and cook for 1-2 minutes until firm.
2. Slice the ham. Add chopped green onion and mix well.
3. Heat a pan with a thin layer of oil over low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and quickly rotate the pan to spread the egg mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan. When it is not completely solidified, spread a freshly made pastry, line it with slices of ham and roll it up. Do the same with the remaining two eggs. The finished omelet roll can be cut into pieces.
