Put one third of the beaten egg whites into the batter, and mix the batter and egg whites evenly with a spoon. Add another third and stir well. Finally, pour the batter mixed with two-thirds of the egg whites into the remaining egg whites.
Preheat the pan with low heat. Put a little oil on the pan with a paper towel, then add the starch paste and fry until cooked, and cover the baking pan with a lid. This is the hardest step.
