1. Put the bought snails into a basin, wash them with clear water for several times, then add clear water, add enough salt, and soak the snails in salt water. Due to the stimulation of salt, snails will try their best to absorb water and spit water.

2.4 to 5 hours later, change the water once, add some salt, and then soak. See if the snail will spit mud again. If the water is still dirty after a while, it means you haven't spit it out yet, so soak it again. If the water is clean, you have spit it out and are ready for the next step.

3. Take out the snail, wash it with clear water, pour it into the box, add edible salt and appropriate amount of clear water, cover it, keep vibrating up and down, let it stand for three to five minutes, and wash it off with clear water. You can repeat this step, but don't add salt until the water becomes clear.

4. Pour the snail into the boiling water pot, cook it again until the water boils, and stew for a while, and you will see a lot of things floating on the top of the snail.
