Ingredients
1 piece of soybean oil skin, 1 cucumber, onion, garlic, coriander, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil and appropriate amount of oil

Use kitchen scissors to cut the soybean oil skin into three long pieces, then roll it up from one end and tie it with cotton rope.

Put more oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the soybean oil rolls and fry over low heat until the outer skin is slightly charred and golden brown.

Shred the cucumber, cut off the coriander, slice the onion, mince the garlic, remove the string from the cooled soybean oil skin and cut into thick shreds.

Put all the ingredients into the basin and mix well.
