Pork: 500g.

Korean chili sauce: 2 tbsp.
Cooking rice wine: 1 tbsp.
Scallion, ginger and garlic: 1 tbsp each.
Sugar: 1 tbsp.
Korean chili powder: 1 tsp.
Sesame paste: 1/2 tbsp.

Marinate the panko
1- Thinly slice the panko.
2- Take a plastic bowl and add the sliced meat, chopped scallions and minced garlic.
3-Add a spoonful of dashi and Korean chili sauce.
4- Add a spoonful of honey.
5- Pour in a little cooking wine, salt and pepper.
6- Finally add cooked sesame seeds, sesame oil and mix well, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Roasted Pork
1- Wash and drain the lettuce and set aside.
2-Because there is no grill pan so I used an electric skillet, brush the skillet with some oil.
3- Put the marinated meat slices in the electric cake pan and grill until both sides are slightly charred and the meat flavor is overflowing.
4- Eat when wrapped in lettuce.
