A few years later, Qin Shihuang died and Qin Ershi ascended the throne, and Fang Cai returned home happily.

Fang Cai felt sad and angry, and felt that it was meaningless to live alone in the world. It was better to die, so he jumped into the rolling river. It happened that a fisherman passed by here and saved him.
The fisherman said to him, "I rescued a teenager, also named Fang, when there was a flood the year before last. I saw that he was honest and sincere, so I took him as my son-in-law." The fisherman led Fang Cai to his home. When Fang Cai met the fisherman's son-in-law, he immediately recognized that he was the real son he was looking for everywhere. The father and son cried bitterly.
With the full help of the fisherman, Fang Cai found his wife and daughter living on the streets again. In order to celebrate their family's close escape and happy reunion, the fisherman specially invited a well-known chef to make a sumptuous family dinner for the Fang family.
The chef painstakingly cooked a dish for them called "Family Portrait". After eating it, the villagers were full of praise, and it spread widely, and later it was introduced to the court and became a famous court dish. "Family photo" means family reunion, happiness and good luck.
