Second, the identification conditions

According to the relevant provisions of the national and provincial primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, students above grade three in colleges and universities can take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination. Before passing the examination but not obtaining the graduation certificate, they do not have the academic qualifications to apply for teacher qualification. Full-time fresh graduates of colleges and universities can apply for the accreditation of corresponding teacher qualifications in the last semester before graduation, and the accreditation body will give the accreditation conclusion and issue the teacher qualification certificate after the applicant obtains the graduation certificate.

(3) Candidates who have passed the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and obtained the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and are within the validity period, or education graduate students and normal students who hold the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Ability for Normal Students and are within the validity period.

(4) The standard of Putonghua should reach Grade B and above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by state language commission, among which those who apply for the qualifications of teachers of Chinese, kindergartens and teaching Chinese as a foreign language should reach Grade A and above.

IV. Other matters
