Second, the efficacy of red beans

(3) Red beans contain protein, calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin B 1, vitamin E, saponin, nicotinic acid, dietary fiber, carotene, phytosterol and triterpenoid saponin. Among them, protein accounts for 25%, and the contents of potassium, lysine and B vitamins are also the best among beans.
