Which district of Shanghai is the Bund in?
The Bund is in Huangpu District of Shanghai.

The Bund is located in the middle of Shanghai and the east of Huangpu District, facing Lujiazui across the Huangpu River in the east, 2 kilometers away from Shanghai People's Square in the west, and near the Suzhou River estuary in the north. From north to south, the Bund runs through nine roads in turn: South Suzhou Creek Road, beijing east road, Dianchi Road, Nanjing East Road, Jiujiang Road, hankou road Road, Fuzhou Road, Guangdong Road and Yan 'an East Road, with a total length of 1.5 km.

Due to the development of building technology and the growth of economic strength, multi-storey and high-rise buildings have appeared on the Bund, with various styles, such as British classical, British neoclassical, British Renaissance Asia Building (formerly Shanghai Metallurgical Design Institute), Shanghai General Association (now Dongfeng Hotel), Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Building (formerly HSBC Building), and Qihe Building (now Foreign Trade Bureau Building), as well as French classical, French mansion, Gothic and so on. Therefore, the buildings starting from Baidu Bridge outside Suzhou Creek in the north and ending at Jinling East Road, Zhongshan East Road in the south are known as "World Architecture Expo". These buildings, where classicism and modernism coexist, have become the symbol of Shanghai.
