Sometimes more quail eggs will be cooked with other dishes, such as home-cooked dishes with tofu, yuba and pork belly, which are delicious and high in protein.
Step 1: Quail eggs are cooked with yuba. Ingredients: quail egg 150g, soaked yuba 200g, green pepper, shallots, a little bean paste, a spoonful of bean paste, braised soy sauce 1 tablespoon, refined salt and vegetable oil.
Prepare quail eggs. The shell has been peeled off. Tips for picking quail eggs: put the steamed mandarin duck and duck meat into the pot, cover it with an outer cover or start another pot, and shake it left and right with your hands out of the pot, so that the quail eggs can be cracked and easily peeled off. Prepare yuba, be sure to soak it thoroughly, so it will taste better. The yuba needs to be cleaned before soaking, and then scalded with boiling water after soaking. In the production of yuba, it must be dried to better remove dust.
Step two, prepare some onions, ginger and green peppers. You can also choose some pepper slices to make the dishes colorful and appetizing. Put oil in the pan, add ginger, onion and garlic and stir fry, add some bean paste and stir fry. Add quail eggs and yuba, stir well, add appropriate amount of cold water, bring to a boil, and turn to medium heat for cooking.
About two or three minutes, add green pepper slices, add a small amount of salt according to personal preference, the sauce contains salt, and the salt should be added less. Stir-fry it and you can cook it. Tip: The usage of the two ingredients can be matched at will. If you like to eat something light, you can add some shallots and cook it together. The shallots taste good, too.
