Steamed eggplant and melon with chopped pepper
Ingredients
Eggplant and melon, vegetable oil, chopped pepper, dried pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil
Method
(1) Cut the eggplant and melon into strips, put it on a plate, smear it with a little vegetable oil, put the homemade chopped pepper on top, and garnish with a dry pepper on top;
( 2) Then steam it in boiling water for about 15 minutes. When it is cooked, serve. If it is not salty enough, add some light soy sauce, then mix the chopped peppers and eggplant and melon, and add a few drops of sesame oil. It smells so good. Steamed eggplant with chopped pepper
Ingredients
2 long eggplants, 2 tablespoons chopped pepper (30g), 1 teaspoon minced garlic (5g), 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (30ml) , 1 teaspoon of chopped coriander (5 grams), 1 teaspoon of minced ginger (5 grams)
Method
(1) Wash the long eggplant and cut off the stem, then cut into 10cm with the skin on Long, 1cm square strips, place on a plate and set aside.
(2) Place the plate with eggplant strips in the steamer, cover the pot and steam over high heat for about 8 minutes.
(3) In a small bowl, add chopped pepper, minced garlic, light soy sauce, minced ginger and a little water, mix evenly to make a sauce.
(4) Take out the steamed eggplant strips from the pot, and then pour in the seasoning sauce.
(5) Finally, sprinkle in chopped coriander.
